‘Somewhere to believe in’ is the vision of the Greenbelt Festival. It is a space for challenge, worship, arts, reflection and music.
The 2025 Greenbelt festival was attended by nine members of Hinde Street from 21st – 24th August at Boughton House near Kettering.
Rev Peter Cornick said ‘Greenbelt always challenges and inspires. This year, I was challenged by a Palestinian woman who had lost over ninety friends and family in the war and inspired by a poignant play about Hiroshima called ‘The Mistake’. Alongside the deeply serious, there is joyousness: folk and Gospel singers, acrobats – and hundreds of people joining in communion in a field!
