Residential Flat Shares

Looking for affordable accommodation and community life in Central London?

At Hinde Street Methodist Church there is a long tradition of serving young people who are moving to London either for work or study. We recognise the joys and challenges that moving to London can bring and part of our mission is to offer people aged 21-35 years a place to call home in our residential flats.

The vision is to offer young people a safe home where they can participate in Christian community and become part of our church family. Each member of the community is asked to support each other in their spiritual journeys and encourage each other in their involvement in the life of the church. Church participation, eating together and offering their gifts and talents to the wider church mission is an essential expression of being a residential community member.

Vacancies:

There is currently one vacancy at 19 Thayer Street, Marylebone, W1U 2QH. This is a single room in a five-person flat, available at £771/month plus bills (see photos below). The room is part of a welcoming five-bedroom shared house next to the Church, and living there is an opportunity for Christians in their 20s and 30s to live close to our wider church community and take an active part in it.

If you can see yourself becoming our next residential community member, please email us at: office@hindestreet.org.uk in the first instance to express your interest and receive further information on the community and the application process. We look forward to hearing from you.
